No-churn Vanilla and chocolate chip ice cream

Here's my 4-ingredients ice cream🍦 for smooth crystal-free no-churn ice cream, ready in few hours...


For the recipe, I used:
  • 600ml of double cream, 
  • 100g of condensed milk, 
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 
  • 1/2 a cup of chocolate chips (I used dark chocolate). 
First, put all the ingredients in a blender or a cold bowl and whisk (or even blend) the cream, vanilla extract and condensed milk together till fluffy or soft peaks form.
 

Transfer it to a freezer proof container and mix in the chocolate chips, and freeze for 2-3 hours.


Now, just dig in!!! As smooth and delicious as store bought!
