Leftover creamy curry risotto

Mmmm, here's another risotto at your disposal! It's not much of a recipe but rather a cookery DIY if you know what I mean. Getting, creative with left over food, much like my other left over gravy risotto...

This one turned out to be just D.E.licious solely cause it didn't require much effort at all! All I did was gather some rice, throw in some left over creamy prawn curry, let the magic begin, and THAT IS IT!!!

Seriously, this must be by far the best, most easiest yet finger-licking good risotto I might have ever tried.

Here's what I used:

1. 1 cup rice
2. 1 cup left over curry, I used creamy coconutty prawn curry, you can use whatever sauce you have.
3. 1/2 cup water or how much ever to drown the rice by up to 1 inch above.
4. Salt to taste (optional)

Literally cook the rice exactly how you make boiled rice, but instead of just water, add the curry too.

Add rice, curry and water in a deep pan.

Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes. Stir occasionally to make sure the bottom doesn't burn.

You can add spices if you want, cooked meat if you want, any flavour, any sauce, just go for it. And in less than 10 minutes, you have this incredibly yummy risotto ready!

Now, Enjoy!

Bon Appatit!
