So, one last Easter special… A chocolate basket topped with delicious strawberries and cream. Easter never got sexier ;)
For this all you need:
- One large hollow chocolate egg
- 300g extra thick double cream
- 150g milk chocolate, chopped
- 5-6 strawberries halved
- Maltesers chocolate pops
First, whip the extra thick double cream till it is stiff and forms soft peaks. Then melt the chocolate in microwave for 1 and half minutes. Then fold it with the whipped cream and chill in the fridge.
Meanwhile halve the hollow chocolate egg. Also cut off the top of the strawberries and halve them.
Then add the strawberries in the chocolate egg half. Top up with the cream and chocolate mousse. Then add some more strawberries and maltesers pops.
Serve immediately or chilled.
