Love without tragedy

Today I'd like to talk about something new.
Music!
Funny how one's taste in music changes with time, and I can only speak for myself but mine has changed drastically since a little child to now. Back in the 90s I loved Backstreet Boys (I know, it's embarrassing but hey, you love what you love). Then came the time when I fell in love with Linkin Park. I still think they are pretty good but they have lost their charm and fallen out of the radar what with the changing trend and popularity of genres with culture. I also liked a lot of hip-hop and still do. But by the time I was out of teenage life I got more and more drawn towards house and trance.
Well, that was a while ago. Right now, I think I listen to any music that conforms with my palette… Heavy rock, calm classics, groovy pops, house, rap… Any and every genre… Just that the music has to suit my mood ;)

Well, coming to the music of the mood of the moment… I am so in love with this song and the beats right now… Playing it every single day on replay. I know Rihanna's music isn't everyone's cup of tea, but she amazes me… This one really touched me for some reason… it's like I can relate to it a bit too well… Well anyway, check out for yourself and enjoy the heat :)

Red lipstick,
rose petals,
heartbreak

I was his Marilyn Monroe

Brown eyes,
tuxedo,
fast cars

A James Dean on the low,

Dean on the low

I ask you
what's the matter

You say,
oh it's nothing at all

Heart's racing,
outta control

And you knew
that I couldn't let it go

You used to be this boy I loved,

And I used to be this girl of your dreams,

Who knew the course of this one drive

Injured us fatally.

You took the best years of my life,

I took the best years of your life,

Felt like love struck me in the night,

I pray that love don't strike twice.

What's love without tragedy

What's love without tragedy (Marilyn Monroe)

What's love without tragedy

What's love without tragedy...
